Well the music room is busy with instrumental music of all knids this month.
Grade One"Tubby the Tuba'
Grade Two "Peter and the Wolf"
Grade Three "Carnival of the Animals"
Grade Four "String and Perrcussion Families"
Grade Five "Brass and Woodwind Families"
Grade Sixes creating their own compositions for a chosen melodic instrument.
what fun we are having.
Happy when I hear students saying as they leave class that they had a great time doing their activities.

Welcome Back!!!!
It's a new year!!!!Exciting times!!!! Primary Choir will begin on Tues. Jan. 10th at 12:05 and is open to all students in K-2. Elementary Choir will begin on Fri. Jan 13 at 12:05 and is open to all students in 3-6.
In January various classes are doing Listening Units and if you have any of the following at home it would be wonderful if you could bring them to the music room for us to use:
For grade 3's: empty toilet paper rolls
For grade 1's: empty Pringles cans ( or something similar ), small plastic bottles, coffeec cans, ice cream containers ( to make percussion instruments)
For grade 2's: wooden coffee stirrers or popsicle sticks
